Club Avatar Contest

Entries are now being accepted for the first LOLphins Club Avatar!

Rules...

It must be LOLphins-related and legibly say 'LOLphins' somewhere on it.

Use your own photos or artwork.

Nothing inappropriate.

Make it clean and neat, not sloppy.

Be creative!

How to submit an entry...

Send us a note with the subject 'Avatar Contest Submission.'

Give a link to your entry in the message.

Tips...

Don't feel pressured into making it animated; a good avatar is a good avatar, animated or not.

LOLphins will use the winning avatar for at least the next few months, so make sure you're completely satisfied with it before submission!

We will stop taking entries on Saturday, September 1st, 12:00 AM (EST). At that time, the voting will start and on Wednesday, September 5th, (EST), the winning avatar will be declared.

(Update: We didn't get any entries soon enough, so once we got at least two entries, we decided to start the voting right away.)

How to vote...

Send us a note with the subject 'Avatar Contest Vote.'

Simply state the number of your favorite entry (for this contest, it's either 1 or 2).

On Wednesday, September 19th, the winning avatar will be declared.

The winning person's avatar will be used by the club, and credit will be given to them in future LOLphins journal entries. 'tis grt pblisitee!

A few quick notices....

When you submit from now on, make sure you use the font Impact. I'm pretty sure it's on every computer! And also, white font only please and make sure your font has borders.

We have an awesome Logo that will soon be available created by your new comoderatorslashminion, ~Tillikum

And expect a LOLphins tutorial to teach everyone the fine art that is creating a LOLphin deviation because people don't seem to get how to speak LOLphin (study icanhascheezburger.com, okay?).}
